Orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import duties and taxes may be charged by your local customs office and are payable by the customer upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for all customs charges in their country. Soon Maternity is legally required to declare the full value of goods and include an invoice for customs clearance.

U.S. – Shipping & Duties Update
We ship to the United States via DHL Express.
Orders are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) — this means duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the checkout price. These charges may be requested by U.S. Customs or DHL before delivery.

Please note: Any import duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Duty costs cannot be refunded by Soon Maternity for exchanges or returns. Parcels refused due to unpaid duties are ineligible for refund.

Returns

• 30-day returns on full-price items (unworn, unwashed, tags attached)

Order Dispatch:

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (AEST), Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next business day.

On rare occasions, additional postage fees may apply for international remote areas. We will contact you directly if this is the case.
