We want you to be completely happy with your Soon Maternity purchase. If for any reason you're dissatisfied, we offer exchanges, online credit notes, or refunds on eligible items.

Visit our returns portal HERE to lodge your return. All returns must be submitted through the portal — requests via email or social media cannot be processed.

Please note: Return postage is at your cost. Exchanges are not available on international orders — if you'd like a different size or style, please place a new order once your return has been lodged. Duties, taxes, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with all original Soon Maternity tags still attached.

Our sizing aligns with standard Australian sizing. For example, if you typically wear a size AU 8, we recommend selecting a Small and AU 8 for bottoms.

If you're between sizes or expecting twins, we suggest sizing up for added comfort.
