Orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import duties and taxes may be charged by your local customs office and are payable by the customer upon delivery.
International Duties & Returns
For all international orders, import duties and local taxes are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Soon Maternity does not collect or control these charges.
If duties or taxes are unpaid and the shipment is refused or returned to sender, the following will apply:
-Original shipping fees are non-refundable, including any paid upgrades.
-Import duties and taxes cannot be refunded by Soon Maternity, even in cases of exchange or return.
-Return-to-Sender (RTS) fees and any additional carrier or customs handling charges will be deducted from the final refund or credit.
-Parcels refused due to unpaid duties are not eligible for a refund. Store credit may be provided at Soon Maternity’s discretion once the item has been returned and inspected.
-Any delays, losses, or extra charges arising from a customer’s refusal to pay duties or accept a shipment are not the responsibility of Soon Maternity.
Order Dispatch
-Orders placed before 2:00 PM (AEST) Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day.
-Orders placed after this time are dispatched the next business day.
-In rare cases, additional postage fees may apply for international remote areas — we’ll contact you directly if this occurs.
