At Soon Maternity, we ship all online orders via Australia Post. All orders are fully trackable and require a signature upon delivery.

Australia

Standard Shipping:

• Free on orders over $100, or $9 for orders under $100.
• Delivery in 3–7 business days.

Express Shipping:

• $15 flat rate.
• Delivery in 2–4 business days.

 

New Zealand

Standard Shipping:

• Free on orders over $100, or $9 for orders under $100.
• Delivery in 7–14 business days.

Express Shipping:

• $20 flat rate.
• Delivery in 3–5 business days.

 

Rest of the World

Standard Shipping:

• Free on orders over $300, or $30 for orders under $300.
• Delivery in 7–14 business days.

A signature is required upon delivery.

Express Shipping:

• $30 flat rate.
• Delivery in 3–5 business days.

 

International Orders:

Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply. All international customers are responsible for any customs charges in their country. Soon Maternity is legally required to declare the full value of goods on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs clearance.

 

Order Dispatch:

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (AEST), Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next business day.

On rare occasions, additional postage fees may apply for international remote areas. We will contact you directly if this is the case.

Returns & Exchanges

At Soon Maternity, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer an exchange, online credit note, or refund on eligible items.

How to Return an item

-If you need to return any pieces back to us, it is the responsibility of the customer to cover your return postage. You can either send this back with your own choice of courier eg. Australia Post or alternatively we are happy to send you a reply paid label (at an additional cost). Please contact our customer care team at info@soonmaternity.com for more information on the reply paid label option.

-Simply fill out the returns form included with your order and include it in your parcel.

 

Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be returned within 30 days of the original dispatch date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all Soon Maternity tags attached.

Please Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless you have contacted us for a reply paid label option.

For exchanges, Soon Maternity will cover the cost of shipping to send the new item back to you.

We highly recommend using registered post when returning your item for exchange as we are not responsible for returns that are lost.

 

Sale Items

Sale items (including promotional or discounted items) are eligible for exchange or credit note only.

Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. This will be clearly stated in the product description.

 

Faulty Items

We take pride in our quality, however if you believe you’ve received a faulty item, the product will be assessed by our Quality Assurance Officer.

If deemed faulty due to manufacturing or fabric defects, we’ll refund or replace the item at no additional shipping cost.

If the item is not deemed faulty, it will be returned to you at your own expense.

 

Incorrect Item Sent

If we sent you the wrong item (size or colour), we will cover all shipping costs to correct the issue.

Note: Product colours may appear differently on-screen due to device display variations. If you’re unsure about a colour, please contact us before purchasing at info@soonmaternity.com.
