At Soon Maternity, all online orders are shipped via Australia Post. Orders are fully trackable and require a signature upon delivery.

U.S. – Shipping & Duties Update
We ship to the United States via DHL Express.
Orders are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) — this means duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the checkout price. These charges may be requested by US Customs or DHL before delivery.
Please note: Any import duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Refused parcels due to unpaid duties cannot be refunded.
Rest of the World
We ship worldwide via Australia Post International.
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and parcel weight.

Order Dispatch
-Orders placed before 2:00 PM (AEST) Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day
-Orders placed after this time are dispatched the next business day
-In rare cases, additional postage fees may apply for international remote areas — we’ll contact you directly if this occurs
Returns & Exchanges
At Soon Maternity, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer an exchange, online credit note, or refund on eligible items.
How to Return an Item
-Customers are responsible for covering return postage. We recommend using registered post.
-Complete the returns form included with your order and place it inside your parcel.
Returns Policy
To be eligible for a return:
-Items must be returned within 30 days of the original dispatch date
-Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all Soon Maternity tags attached
Please Note:
-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
-For exchanges, Soon Maternity will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you
-We strongly recommend using registered post as we are not responsible for lost returns
Sale Items
-Sale, promotional, or discounted items are eligible for exchange or credit note only
-Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund (clearly stated in product descriptions)
Faulty Items
If you believe you’ve received a faulty item, it will be assessed by our Quality Assurance Officer.
-If deemed faulty due to manufacturing or fabric defects, we’ll issue a refund or replacement at no cost to you
-If not deemed faulty, the item will be returned at the customer’s expense
Incorrect Item Sent
If you received the wrong size, colour, or item, Soon Maternity will cover all shipping costs to resolve the issue.
Please email info@soonmaternity.com and we will provide a prepaid return label.
