What shipping options are available?
We offer the following shipping methods:
Australia:
Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $100; $9 for orders under $100. Delivered in 3–7 business days.
Express Shipping: $15. Delivered in 2–4 business days.
New Zealand:
Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $100; $9 for orders under $100. Delivered in 7–14 business days.
Express Shipping: $20. Delivered in 3–5 business days.
Rest of the World:
Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $300; $30 for orders under $300. Delivered in 7–14 business days. A signature is required on delivery.

All orders are dispatched via Australia Post and require a signature upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your Soon Maternity purchase. If for any reason you're dissatisfied, we offer exchanges, online credit notes, or refunds on eligible items.
How do I return an item?
Fill out the returns form included with your order.
Include the form in your return parcel.
Send your item back via registered post to ensure safe delivery.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For exchanges, Soon Maternity will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you.
What items are eligible for return?
Items must be returned within 30 days of the original dispatch date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Are sale items returnable?
Sale items are eligible for exchange or online credit note only.
Items marked as "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
What if I received a faulty or incorrect item?
If you believe you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at info@soonmaternity.com. We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund if necessary.
Sizing & Fit
How do I choose the right size?
We recommend purchasing your pre-pregnancy size, as Soon Maternity sizing is designed to be generous to ensure a comfortable fit throughout your pregnancy and beyond.
Our sizing aligns with standard Australian sizing. For example, if you typically wear a size AU 8, we recommend selecting a Small and AU 8 for bottoms.
I'm between sizes. What should I do?
If you're between sizes or expecting twins, we suggest sizing up for added comfort.

What is your opening hours?
Our store is open Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm and Saturday, 10am-4pm. We close Sunday and public holidays.
