We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your delivery for all Black Friday orders.
Sale items are eligible for an exchange or credit note only.
International orders: Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer exchanges on international sale items.

Orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import duties and taxes may be charged by your local customs office and are payable by the customer upon delivery.
**Please note: Any import duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Duty costs cannot be refunded by Soon Maternity for exchanges or returns. Parcels refused due to unpaid duties are ineligible for refund.

Order Dispatch
-Orders placed before 2:00 PM (AEST) Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day.
-Orders placed after this time are dispatched the next business day.
-In rare cases, additional postage fees may apply for international remote areas — we’ll contact you directly if this occurs.
Returns & Exchanges
At Soon Maternity, we want you to be completely happy with your Soon Maternity purchase so if for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will assist you with an exchange, online credit note or a refund for the cost of the goods purchased on eligible items. To see if your item is eligible for return please read our below returns policy.
If you are located in Melbourne, you can return your online order to our boutique where we can assist you with an exchange or refund which means no return postage!
Simply fill out the returns form that was included with your order, and pop it into your return parcel.
How to Return an Item
-Customers are responsible for covering return postage (we recommend using registered post).
-Complete the returns form included with your order and place it inside your parcel.
Returns Policy
To be eligible for a return:
-Items must be returned within 30 days of the original dispatch date.
-Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all Soon Maternity tags attached.
Please Note:
-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
-For exchanges, Soon Maternity will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.
-We strongly recommend using registered post, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
-(US orders only): Duties and taxes already paid on your behalf will be deducted from your refund, as they are non-refundable.
-International Orders: Due to customs and shipping constraints, we’re unable to offer exchanges on international orders. If you require a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Sale Items
-Sale, promotional, or discounted items are eligible for exchange or credit note only.
-Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund (clearly stated in product descriptions).
Faulty Items
If you believe you’ve received a faulty item, it will be assessed by our Quality Assurance Officer.
-If deemed faulty due to manufacturing or fabric defects, we’ll issue a refund or replacement at no cost to you.
-If not deemed faulty, the item will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Incorrect Item Sent
If you received the wrong size, colour, or item, Soon Maternity will cover all shipping costs to resolve the issue.
We will cover the re-delivery charges if the colour item or size you received is not what you initially purchased.
We will also refund you for the cost of freight for returning the item but customers must add this cost on the return / exchange form. As you can appreciate however, colours shown on an internet exchange may not be an exact match to the physical goods, therefore the colour shown is for illustrative purposes only.
