We want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, our self-serve returns portal makes it quick and easy to lodge a return, request an exchange, or receive a store credit.

*Please note that items purchased during the EOFY Sale are eligible for exchanges, and credit notes only, and are not eligible for a refund.

How to Return an Item

Visit our returns portal HERE and follow these steps:

1. Enter your order number or the email address used at checkout

2. Select the item(s) you'd like to return

3. Choose your preferred resolution — refund, exchange, or store credit

4. Return postage is at your cost. Visit the returns portal to lodge your return and select your preferred carrier. We don't offer prepaid labels on international orders.

5. Drop off your package at the designated carrier location

Returns Policy

All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.

To be eligible for a return:

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Requests outside this window cannot be accepted.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with all original Soon Maternity tags still attached.

- Full-price items: Refund, exchange, or store credit

- Sale items: Exchange or store credit (no refund)

- Final Sale items: Not eligible for return or exchange. Final Sale items are clearly marked in the product description. Please check before purchasing.

Duties & Customs Fees

The following are non-refundable on all international orders — a 20% restocking fee applies:

- Duties and taxes

- Original shipping charges

- Refused deliveries

- Unclaimed parcels

- Return to Sender parcels due to refusal or non-collection

Exchanges

Exchanges are not currently available on international orders. If you'd like a different size or style, please place a new order once your return has been lodged.

Faulty Items

Received something faulty? We'll make it right. Lodge a claim directly through our returns portal HERE — no need to contact us first.

1. Visit the returns portal and enter your order number and email address

2. Select "Faulty item", upload clear photos, and describe the issue

3. Our team will review your claim and be in touch within 3–5 business days

Right of Withdrawal

Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a statutory right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing any reason.

EU customers are covered under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), in effect since 13 June 2014. UK customers are covered under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, also in effect since 13 June 2014 and retained as UK domestic law following Brexit.

Under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU (and the equivalent UK regulation), customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal and the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.

We may reduce your refund if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it — for example if it has been worn or damaged beyond reasonable examination.

This right does not apply to certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalised items, as set out in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU and the equivalent UK regulations.
