Orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import duties and taxes may be charged by your local customs office and are payable by the customer upon delivery.

NOTE: Any import duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Duty costs cannot be refunded by Soon Maternity for exchanges or returns. Parcels refused due to unpaid duties are ineligible for refund.

Order Dispatch:

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (AEST), Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next business day.
